Bingo is always a popular event to bring community members into the library. These bingos were free to attend and registrants did not need to bring anything except luck. I found that themed bingos brought in a variety of community members as I was able to reach specific interests that we may not have reached before.
Crystal Bingo

Love books and bingo? Join us for Book Bingo, where you can play for a chance to win exciting books! Each round gives you the opportunity to mark off your card and shout "Bingo!" to win a new read.
Whether you’re a seasoned bingo player or a first-timer, come enjoy a fun, relaxed game night with a bookish twist!
The gradual increase in attendance speaks to the success and popularity of these programs.
To further promote library services, I recommend displaying books or other items that can be checked out on a table near the entrance door. This may boost circulation numbers and retain those new visitors who came for bingo but stayed for the books.
